The teaching staff at North Newtown Public School are committed to the school and  its  students and bring a dynamic blend of experience  and youthful enthusiasm  to  the daily challenge of  meeting  the  learning  needs  of  students.    Newtown North Public School had 15 members of staff in 2008. This included three executive staff, nine classroom teachers and part-time staff  in Library, Music  (RFF-Relief from face-to-face teaching),  German  LOTE  (Language  other  than English), Reading Recovery and ESL (English as a Second Language). All teaching  staff  meet  the  professional  requirements for teaching in NSW public schools.
